Upon your inquiry, we arrange a 45-minute free on-site consultation with one of our knowledgeable team members. During this visit, we assess your space, discuss your needs, and suggest new ideas. Following the visit, we provide an estimated cost for your project.

If you're satisfied with the estimate, we move to the design phase. You collaborate with our team to choose fixtures, colors, textures, and layouts. After finalising details, we provide a detailed quote covering all costs. This phase can take from one week to over a month, depending on the project's complexity. Once you approve the quote, we collect a deposit and schedule a start date for the on-site work.

During the renovation, we manage the project to ensure all tradesmen are on-site as needed, ensuring smooth progress. The duration of on-site work can range from two weeks to several months, depending on the project's size. Our team maintains consistent communication to keep you informed and updated.

After completing the renovation, we finalise all necessary paperwork and provide copies to you. We conduct a final inspection with you to gather feedback, take photos, and understand your experience with us.
